What a joke.. the company provides fake preliminary bids that are completely changed upon field measurement. It is a perfect example of price gouging. I went into their store a few weeks ago with all dimensions photos and explained all the finish selections for a glass stair railing. After almost 2 weeks I got a bid that had missing railing parts and a different finish that we spoke about . I still gave them a chance and scheduled site measurements at my home and planned or reviewed details with the owner . The owner comes in and once he realized I was in the midst of renovating my home
