Customization was the name of the game for this Laurel Heights remodel. We wanted to create a functional open plan space on the lower floor that would not only serve the family's cooking, eating and entertaining needs but also host an expansive Scotch collection. Clever use of space combined with beautiful stone and tile choices culminated in the ideal living space for our clients.
This Sausalito houseboat was in dire need of updating when the P3 team took it on. An abundance of partition walls were removed to turn it from a boxy and awkward layout into an open plan modern and airy space. White washed floorboards and stainless steel appliances lend to the sleek finish. Two custom staircases connect the three levels and outdoor decking provides views over the picturesque harbor.
This Noe Valley two unit building had been vacant for over 10 years when P3 began work on it. We started with the foundation and touched every inch of this structure. The end result is a contemporary multi-family home with sleek finishes. We added over 1,200 square feet using the attic of the structure to create a master suite with incredible views and a divine walk out deck with a built-in BBQ.
This Mill Valley home with views of Mount Tam had been abandoned mid-construction. Within 3 months P3 had transformed the home and gardens into a family retreat with a cozy feel. A back yard with meadows in mind extends the length of the property and offers play space galore. The curb appeal was enhanced with custom gates and arbor.
