The remodel includes up to date structural and facade changes while also preserving many of the historical elements including brick walls with photos from past decades.
Sauce has a full dinner menu that includes some of Kim's traditional family recipes along with Italian favorites, Sandwiches & Burgers, full bar and more. Excellent food, i had the chicken parm, it was cooked perfectly, crispy coating and tender chicken, with a side of pasta. Service was quick and polite, bathrooms were spotless. The wait staff helped my wife and kids find exacly what they wanted on the menu, they also had excellent raviolli with creamy riccota, and excellent tender egg plant parm. A hidden gem in downtown Adrian. Highly recommended.

We were in from South Carolina visiting family who took us to this restaurant. A bit disappointed that we had to wait so long for a table of 9. The calamari appetizer was fantastic The bruschetta was less than stellar. It was mushy and not what I expected out of a crunchy bread. My wife and I shared a chicken piccata with artichoke hearts and it was fabulous. Others at the table had chicken parmesan and a few complained that the chicken was overdone or even burnt. A good wine selection and the tiramisu to wrap up our meal was incredible. The wait staff was friendly and efficient.

I probably had the best experience I have ever had at Sauce today. The food, the drinks; everything was phenomenal! Kyle was an impeccable server, and Justin's recommendation of the Shrimp Risotto was so good I had to order it to go after I had already ordered my entree! My mom and I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back very soon! Thank you!

Ordered takeout. Food was not very good. Flavors were over the top. Lasagna was way too cheesy and there was barely any meat. The sauce on the sun-dried tomato pesto salmon was super strong and smelled weird. Scraped most of it off and it was still too much. The salmon was nice and juicy though. Glad there wasn’t enough food for leftovers. Will say that the bread is really good. The employees were super nice and bubbly.

A friend who works at Adrian college mentioned Sauce Italian Grill as we were passing through the area. Wife and I parked in the back and walked around to the entrance in the front. It's mid-March and too cold to sit outside but the back patio area looks nice. There is a long bar in the front with sit down tables and a few high tables, several TV's and Keno. We waited to get seated and headed to the back dining area. Bread and salads to start were crisp and delicious. The lasagna was cheesy and flavorful. The little Italy was a perfect portion, simple, fresh, and also packed with flavor. The tiramisu
