HPS charges $60/hr for Property Manager labor. We publish all trade labor rates annually, as we like to be transparent and believe that customers should never be surprised by any invoice. HPS is available 365 days per year for all your vacation home needs. Each property is assigned a Primary Property Manager and a Secondary Property Manager.

I’ve used HPS for the past 6 years and they’ve been great in helping to manage my home. When I bought my vacation home I didn’t want to spend my weekends troubleshooting problems or taking care of more mundane issues. That’s where HPS helped to make my home a place of zen by not having to worry about those sorts of things. They cover a wide range of services and provide a single point of contact.

I hired HPS the day I closed on my house. For the past 7 years, they have taken care of my home like it was their own. Their scope of services range from ongoing home maintenance to special projects. HPS makes home owning feel like renting as they act as the front lines in making sure your property is well maintained. Having dependable service providers makes it a much easier experience in owning your home, especially when you only have to pay 1 person rather than many. HPS got us to the other side of a roof leak, pool cover snafus, a significant bathroom tile project, cedar siding staining, landscaping overhaul--all with fair prices and thoughtful projections. Not to mention staying on top of a checklist of standard maintenance tasks, including servicing the pool, lawn, and housekeeping. This is a professional outfit, every member of the HPS team we've worked with has been responsive and conscientious. They have a solid network of vendors and have always been receptive to concerns and available in a pinch. Highly recommend.
