In your 20's you overall felt pretty good and could push your body farther on less sleep and crappy food. Then you hit your 30's and you begin realizing that you should probably start taking care of your body. Aches and pains started creeping in that you didn't know were there, or you start having pain at the site of an old injury from high school.
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) have been treating women's health issues for thousands of years. One of the earliest TCM textbooks is the Shang Han Lun, which dates back to 200 A.D. and has acupuncture and herbal formulas for the treatment of women's health conditions like infertility, irregular menstrual cycle, and painful periods etc.

First, we discuss your current health complaint and wellness goals, then you lay on a massage table and your practitioner will do some quick assessments like feeling the pulse in your wrist and taking a peek at your tongue, it sounds weird, but these are a few important diagnostic tools in Chinese Medicine!

Tory is AMAZING!! So I injured my SI joint on Monday afternoon doing squats. Tuesday I went to my doctor (who is a sports medicine specialist) and she gave me a steroid shot and anti-inflammatory shot. They did very little to help the pain. Woke up again today with a 9 on the pain scale. Took my prednisone prescription...but, it wasn't helping AT… ALL. SO, at the recommendation of friends, I emailed Tory at and, while booked up, she still fit me in this afternoon. I climbed on to her table like a 90-year-old woman, hopped off an hour later like I was 30 (ok, maybe 35). UNBELIEVABLE. I went

I've been a patient of Tory's for years, before Acupuncture Wellness Connection was born. There is no one I trust more to understand and treat all the various issues I've had over the years. It started with severe and chronic migraines, up to 5 a week. Within a month I was off all my medications for migraine rescue and instead focused on holistic treatments with Tory.
