I am devoted in guiding my clients to realize their expectations through mediumship and or hypnotherapy. For over 50 years I have been a Registered Nurse, working in many branches of nursing throughout my career, one branch as a 1st Lt. in the Air Force. I originated from Washington state where I first became certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Upon moving to Arizona in 1993, I became certified under the tutelage of Dr. Michael Preston, an international recognized hypnotherapist, an author and lecturer. He is known as the "Miracle Doctor" and is author of the book, HYPNOSIS: Medicine of the Mind. I opened my office in Tucson in 1994, as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I found Karen's Health and Happiness Hypnotherapy Website almost five years ago. My mother had just passed and I was emotionally and physically depleted. Karen helped me start the healing process with her compassionate, caring and insightful spirit. Over the years my healing continued but left me with questions that only my mom could answer.
Hypnosis is a normal and natural function of your mind. You go into hypnosis (your subconscious) mind hundreds of times a day. The most common for adults is while you are driving. The conscious mind gets bored and you start daydreaming, thinking about home, work, etc. It could be a thousand different things.

It's been a few years since I went to Karen and I am still living the effects of the best gift I could have given myself by getting hypnotized with Karen. I went in for a few bad habits that I could not get rid of no matter what I tried. Years of bad habits caused me great stress and I figured I would try her sessions and give it a go. Karen listened to my concerns and had me read a few books to understand the why I resorted to those bad habits which I wish not to disclose here.
Flash forward 6 years later, I'm happier than I've ever been and so very happy I went to her. Hypnosis may not work

I have had several appointments with Karen and found the experiences to be really beneficial. Three years ago, I met with Karen, discussed my issues, and had a hypnosis session. At that time, she made me a self-hypnosis CD that I could listen to each night to help me finish an intense work deadline, and also work with relationship issues and my general frame of mind.
