We are literally like 4 weeks away from my sons birthday. They call me saying the 4 wheeler we order would be in today and we could pick it up. I asked for a grand total to make sure everything was the same and they told me the price had gone up by almost $900. No one called to tell me anything about any new fees or anything. My bill of sale literally no good. What’s the point of ordering, signing papers, and putting down a deposit, only to lose the deposit because of something I was not made aware of beforehand. My husband and I put down THREE deposits in September on THREE different four wheelers we were planning on getting. Our salesman told us the deposit would hold them for us. He had my husbands number and would text him periodically about our order. (Salesman leaves company.) Apparently Shaun (sp?) calls my husband for three weeks (🧐) with no answer (he works nights and we went to Disney for a week). Brought a 2017 Honda Rebel with just 866 miles on her from Darren Ashker at Yamaha in Kenner, La. It was totally the Best Buy an buying experience I’ve had. All staff were super cool and Mr. Darren Ashker worked with me around every corner that came up. I the day I brought it is the day I drove her to Henderson,Kentucky and she did great!!! She’s not powerful but she is smooth. One small hick was my head light went out. But that has to be expected at any time… so 100 points and a great thank you to Mr. Ashker and the team.

Just bought my Can-Am Spyder F3S. Darren and the other guys were great. In and out in no time. Great experience from beginning to end. Even on a rainy day they helped with the right gear. I was looking for my first pair of yamaha waverunners in a hard to find time. They were taking a pair in on trade like new 2019 with low hours. . I am new to the waverunner arena so I asked them check the skis out to make sure nothing was wrong with them. They assured me they were like new and running perfect. I asked specifically because I was an hour away and my knowledge consisted of reading and talking to people online. Went down and made the purchase. As they looked like new. As for Garret very helpful from finding us our sxs to helping with other decisions over all great guy. Sean wasn’t the greatest looking guy there lol but very helpful with setup of the sxs had lots of knowledge that helped .. speaking with other sales guys there all seemed very friendly.we all have different experiences I suggest you give anyone a chance. I will be back for future buys

When I walked into New Orleans Powersports, I made sure that I had my game face on because as we all know purchasing from dealerships is never a pleasant experience. But I sure was in for a rude awakening! The minute I walked into the dealership, I was blown away! Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. I mean everyone!
