What an amazing customer support team. Shelley, always answers the phone and remembers each one of her members. She treats me like family and always follows up with whatever task I have sent her way. State Farm may not be the cheapest provider out there but they are by far the best quality. They treat their customers like royalty.

Been with this office for over a year now super glad i switched i have been saving a lot and the coustomer service I get from this office is amazing! Shelley always gets everything done quickly and with a smile! Robbie helps me with my life ins and makes sure everything is explained well.Aaron and Dawson always help out with my car and renters ins. Dom always makes sure he helps his customers with insurance and any other advice they might need you can tell he truly loves his job and that everyone in the office enjoys what they do! Donna is beyond unprofessional and doesn’t have the customer service to address a dog. I’ve had State Farm covering my car since I purchased it in 2017. Since I began working with this office it was just mistake after mistake. I have my account on auto draft since the beginning. I called and updated my card information in September (which was confirmed by corporate) However this office never updated my card and didn’t not have my lien holder on the declaration page. As a result my insurance was not paid and an extra $3000 added to my lien. When I called, Donna couldn’t explain why my information

Been with them for a year! I met him and his wife at a grill place game night. Best service hands down! Our bikes were stolen and it was our first time using our insurance for claims everything was handled the day of and got our processing done for our claim. Totally made my day after everything that happened! Thank you guys. :)
