Services
When it comes to technology, periodontal treatment, and dental implants, Dr. Wong's office is second to none. Our office is proud of the technology we have available to our patients, and our patients are reaping the benefits. One of the fastest growing demands in Dental Implant Surgery is the utilization of CBCT scans.
Although missing a tooth in the back of the mouth presents less esthetic concerns, it can have a negative affect on your chewing ability and may even cause adjacent teeth to shift, thus creating new places for plaque and tartar to build up. If you are looking for a permanent tooth replacement option, dental implants may be the solution for you.
Receding gums is a major cause of root sensitivity because the roots of the teeth are left exposed. Not only can this hurt, but the teeth are less stable and less likely to be with you for the long haul. This patient was treated with a gum grafting procedure using a product called Perioderm. It's a quick and easy procedure that typically takes about 20 minutes to perform and a few days to recover.
Many patients are unhappy with their "gummy smile" because they show too much gum tissue when they smile. With our gum contouring procedures, we help our patients show more of their pretty white teeth and their beautiful natural smile. For people interested in veneers or other dental work we also work with cosmetic dentists to help you achieve the smile transformation you desire.
For patients of all ages struggling with receding gums, our team at Route 66 Dental Implants and Periodontics can help. Depending upon your needs, we can transplant your own tissue or donor tissue to compromised or fragile areas of your smile. Soft tissue grafting helps to protect you from tooth loss, root exposure and tooth sensitivity.

I visited Dr. Wong for diagnosis of gum disease. Dr. Wong did the wrong type of biopsy for the disease that he suspected, resulting in a false negative pathology report and an incorrect diagnosis. I had to go to another doctor for another biopsy and a correct diagnosis. I posted an honest online review of Dr. Wong to warn future patients. Although Dr. Wong had never been my real estate client, he retaliated by attempting to damage my real estate business with fabricated reviews about me that are copied below. There are other board certified periodontists in Tulsa. Do yourself a favor, look on the

Dr Wong and staff are awesome. I'll be the first to admit, I'm a terrible patient. I HATE going to the dentist. At my very first appointment, I felt at ease. The consultation process was smooth and anxiety free. Dr. Wong and his staff walked me through every stage of treatment. No hidden fees, no after the fact fees. They even filed my insurance for me and I received a check in the mail a few weeks later. I would highly recommend them.

I went to Dr. Wong for a gum graft, which sounded miserable enough, but he and his staff made it so easy. Even though he was out-of-network, my dentist sent me to him because he's supposed to be the best, so who am I to argue? Gum surgery didn't sound like something you price-shop for, and to my surprise my insurance covered a good portion of my surgery anyway. My surgery was quick and painless, and I only missed one day of work. If I need any more gum grafting, I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Truly a good dental experience. BTW, he takes pictures of all his surgeries and even gave me a copy of

Dr. Wong has been taking care of my teeth through a series of procedures over the last 3 years. I've had to have teeth removed, implants, gum grafts, and more to get my mouth back to where I could eat comfortably again. Throughout all of it, his team has taken EXCEPTIONAL of me, has worked with me in scheduling to maximize the benefits presented to me through insurance and health savings/flexible spending accounts and much more. His assistants are incredibly personable and make me feel at home throughout out the entirety of such uncomfortable procedures and his administrators are always as accommodating

I recently had an Osseous laser procedure performed by Dr. Wong . He was very professional and informative . However at the Pre-operation meeting I was quoted a price by Route 66 after my insurance responded back as to what portion they would pay and what portion I was responsible for . I payed those in full at the time of my surgery , already knowing what the insurance would pay with proof in writing , so when Delta dental sent checks that were well short of the total Route 66 changed their story 100% to that of oh it was only a "projected estimate " Now I'm responsible for the unpaid portion
