You must have the opportunity to exercise your Constitutional right to be released on bail prior to trial. We contribute to our local communities through our service, charity, and compassion.
With few exceptions, you do not get back the premium that you paid to the bonding office. This premium is a bonding fee that allows the defendant to get out of jail, which is considered fully earned once the defendant is released from police custody. For example, if the defendant is re-arrested, no portion of the money is returned, nor is any other refund due.
