Extremely nice and knowledgeable staff, would give 10 starts if I could we need more local business like them.
I Needed a plug for my 1995 7.3 powerstroke HPOP Resivor, was having a heck of a time finding it online or locally, called them and they where very nice, said come in a we will give it a look. Literally With one glance he knew exactly what it was size, tread pitch and everything. Had an employee grab it from the back then checked with a micrometer and compared threads sure enough exact fit. While waiting to check out another customer came in needing another fitting and agin in one glance

Made my bad day good. When I go to HydraQuip, it's because I'm broke down. That was the case this morning. But, in very short order my bad day went to good when they had the parts I needed, made me a new hydraulic hose, and had me out the door in a matter of a few minutes. Time is money, and they saved me again. These people are friendly, courteous, and THEY know hydraulics, I don't. Thanks HydraQuip!!

This place makes customer service a priority. The tech that helped me made an extra effort to get me a couple parts they didn't have in stock.
Their list prices were a bit high for my beat-up 1950 AC WD, so call ahead if that is a concern. Also, if you're not entirely sure what needs to be done, ask to talk with one of the techs before they begin work.
