Margaret is an Eastern Shore native who attended QACHS and has spent most of her adult life living in the Annapolis area. She has worked in the bedding and furniture industry since 1983 and has been a member of the Mattress Store team since 2005, as a co-owner she brings new perspective on product selection and customer service.

Nicole went above and beyond helping me and my boyfriend pick out our new mattress. She quickly picked up on what kind of mattresses we were liking the most and gave us multiple options at different price points and delivery availability. I’ve never been so happy to spend money at a mattress store. She even was able to get the mattress to us earlier than anticipated and relayed the information to us so fast! Delivery was so quick and painless and they even offered to take out the old mattress for us if we had one. If I ever need to buy a mattress again this is where I’ll be going. Update to

Great President's Day Sale. Since the type of bed I wanted was not on display, Paul, the sales person at the Mattress Store, was able to answer all my questions and show me how the various mattress types would work with the adjustable bed style I needed. Once we settle on a bed set , the Mattress Store had all the bedding I needed right there, very reasonable price since they were on sale. Free delivery, set up and removal of my old bed set was an added bonus.

This Mattress Store is awesome! The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and go out of there way to ensure you pick the right mattress that you need and will give you the best sleep ever. There is zero pressure here to buy a mattress and the staff will help you select the right one for you should YOU DECIDE. I purchased a mattress a few weeks ago because my current one reached its end of life (you can only flip so many times...lol) but waited to do a review until I tried out my purchase...I am absolutely loving it and waking up refreshed! I highly recommend the Mattress Store when you find it

We contemplated for a few months what mattress to get. We actually got one from a different store but then changed our minds. We came here because it was close to our home. We loved that it was a small business. They have two stores. We came in and spoke a few times to the sales woman. She was very helpful. Very happy with our purchase and the help with what matters to pick. Afterwards she sent us a personally letter which was nice. We would come here again when the time comes to get another mattress.

Choosing the right bed is so confusing! Lori at The Mattress Store was able to explain all the products and help us make an informed decision. Very refreshing and good purchasing experience. The mattress we chose was delivered about a week after we purchased and their delivery guys were efficient and respectful of our home.
