The owner of the gym was unbelievably rude to me because we showed up for class one afternoon and my son didn't have elastic shorts. She says this is a rule of her gym that isn't written down anywhere, it's not on any document that you are required to sign. It's not posted in writing anywhere in her gym. She threatened to kick us out of her gym because I dared to challenge her unwritten rule. And she claimed that I triggered her PTSD, basically treating me like a monster for simply asking her where this rule is documented. We'll be going to Pantheon. Also, I don't

So today I took my son for his first class. And for my first worst experience with toddler classes that I had in my life. He just turned 4 and he was very excited to go to his first gymnastic class. I thought would be a great experience for him. Since it was his first day of class everybody should expect that sometimes toddlers won't listen very well. However he did a great job in the first 30 minutes. He started playfully running around and not listening to coach Candy when she asked him to come back. She sent him to come with me as a punishment, which I totally get it and agree! However

The woman who runs Pacific Gymnastics is one of the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I would never take my child here. She makes us rules sporadically and only enforces them on certain patrons. I am shocked that she has kept her business running for so long with her terrible attitude.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The owner is RUDE, unprofessional, & has an attitude of "the more kids I have the more money" it's not about the quality of coaching it's about how much little dollar signs they can see running around. The classes are unorganized, sometimes there's older kids joined with the younger group (the 3-4yr olds) and it takes time away from the little ones because the coach has to adjust the exercise they're doing to challenge the older ones. Not fair to the younger ones or the parents that pay for the time. I can't say enough,
