Born in Delaware I've worked in the spa industry since 2004.
Microblading is a form of permanent makeup. A handheld instrument is used to make tiny hair like scratches on the surface of the skin. A pigment that matches your natural brow color is implanted into the skin for a beautiful natural looking brow. Facials are wonderful at addressing different skin conditions such as acne, dehydration hyperpigmentation and the overall aging of the skin.
Microblading is a form of permanent makeup. A handheld instrument is used to make tiny hair like scratches on the surface of the skin. This session is also known as the "perfecting session" and will be done 6-8 weeks from your initial treatment.
Scalp micropigmentation or SMP is a highly advanced non-surgical treatment for pattern baldness, alopecia, receding hairlines, and thinning hair. The treatment involves implanting pigment into various areas of the scalp to create the look of a real hair follicle. This procedure will not cause hair to grow back but it will create the appearance of growing hair or hair stubble.
Henna is a great option for those who have sparse areas in the brows or who want to accentuate the shape without the commitment of permanent makeup. Henna stays on the skin 1-3 weeks, & stays on the hair 6+ weeks. A lash lift is essentially a perm for your lashes. It lasts 8-12 weeks and is a great alternative for those who aren't ready to commit to lash extensions.

Not only is the salon beautiful, but Erin and her husband are so nice and laid back. I immediately felt at ease. Erin went over all the details with me before starting and made sure the measurements and pigments were perfect before she started.
I was a little nervous being a natural redhead-I didn’t want “orange” brows- she completely understood. Her expertise was very evident from the get go. I really appreciated that she let the topical numbing sit for ample time before starting as well. As a person with previous (non-cosmetic)tattoos, it literally felt like a tickle compared to the normal

1st time getting eyelash tint and perm. Would do it again! Just would prob schedule at another time in the day. I was there 1st think in the morning. My brow specialist was interrupted many times as she had to cover front desk, welcoming incoming clients, and answering the phones. Didn't feel that she was "there" 100%. But overall am satisfied.

Terrible! DO NOT GO. I went to Brow and Beauty bar twice for my eyebrows. I was not greeted when I walked in. Erin Exlin botched my brows rushed me in and out, both times and over Charged me more money the second appointment, although a touch up is supposed to be less than the original appointment. I have a mark above my left eye brow from the micro blade. They were uneven and HORRIBLE! I had to go to aesthetic center in Lewes to get it fixed. Do Not go here!!

I've been wanting to get my Eyebrow done for a long time. I was nervous about the process but Erin and Jason are so friendly, professional, and helpful. They're so easy to deal with and talk to. They answered all my questions concerns prior to the procedure. The shop is beautiful, modern and spotless. Erin did an amazing job on my brows and I would highly recommend her. I cannot wait for them to be healed.

Finally a good brow place in Rehoboth! I came here to get my brows cleaned up for the first time since before the pandemic and I was not disappointed. Tiarra did a great job, was quick and detailed and made me feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to visit her again! The salon is clean and gorgeous as well!

Got my eyebrows today and I’m telling you brows and beauty is the place to go! Erin literally is the sweetest we had such a good chat while she worked, her place is clean and very nice, my brows are amazing!!!! Erin walked me through the whole process and asked me my thoughts, she took her time and made sure I would love them. I’ve never had a better experience anywhere, ever! The ambience and employees gave great vibes. My mom and I had our eyebrows waxed and tinted with Tiarra. It was absolutely painless (and I'm a big baby when it comes to hair removal). The products used smelled so good and were great for sensitive skin. You can't beat the price nor the way you feel looking in the mirror after a trip here. Highly recommend!!
