We specialize in quality film, personalized customer service, fast turnaround times, and competitive pricing. Our company extrudes roll stock of clear and colored mono layer polyethylene flexible packaging materials. We also extrude roll stock of shrink and shrink bundling film as well as postal approved automatable poly.
We are a custom extruder of polyethylene packaging materials, shrink, shrink-bundling, postal approved and specialty films. Low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene blends, EVA blends, and a postal approved blend. Film widths range from 6" up to 66" SWSH, 12" to 68" for layflat, and 12" to 85" for gussets.
The sum of the greenhouse gas emissions saved by our switching to 100% renewable solar energy is 2,392,243 kWh of electricity, which is approximately equivalent to:. CO2 emissions of 190,324 gallons of gasoline consumed, OR 1,863,703 Pounds of coal burned, OR 195 homes' energy use for one year. Greenhouse gas emissions avoided equal to 575 Tons of waste recycled instead of landfilled, OR 64,256 Incandescent lamps switched to LEDs.
