Welcome to United Restoration & Construction headquartered in Orange County, and located Irvine, California. Certified, insured, licensed and bonded, United was officially incorporated in 2007. Owner John Abajian and his sons have built a reputable reputation due to their pride they put in their work, and in the process have made many friends.

I have a rental house in Lake Forest. The tenants phoned me one morning in April saying the wall in the kitchen was wet. After telling them to shut the water off, I phoned a plumber who came out and took care of the leak.
But I had water in the wall that damaged the drywall and part of the kitchen cabinets. The next company I phoned just did remedial work, and dried the area. But I needed somebody to do everything. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Wonderful job and wonderful company. They immediately responded when we called and we're able to come out that same day to give us an estimate! Their price was much cheaper and fair compared to any other place we got estimates from! They were able to come out the following day and in one day they fixed the mold problem in the garage as well as the leaking problem originating from the shower above. They are licensed so they knew what they were doing and we're able to take care of EVERYTHING we needed in that one day. The staff was very friendly and

I called United Restoration & Construction on the weekend of Mother's Day. I explained the urgency of our project and John Abajian came out SAME DAY - talk about great customer service! He came out to our office, measured the space and also explained in layman terms what would be required and done. After 8 bids from other licensed contractors, my company, Rok Hardware, ended up hiring United Restoration.
They were the friendliest, most professional and best bid by far! We received an estimate quickly and all the documentation/insurances that our commercial business leasing office required

United Restoration and Construction is a family operated company that has been in business for over 15 years. They have done 3 major jobs for me, each one to perfection and each one always with several little extras thrown in at no charge. My wife is very demanding and they have managed to meet her high expectations completely. They will not leave until you are totally satisfied with the work. The cost for the complete upgrade of our two bathrooms was very reasonable, much to my relief.

John is an expert in restoration of damaged houses to the original conditions. Our house was rammed into by a speeding car crashing through a fence. He won my business with his friendly manner and his convincing display of knowledge and experience in the work required. He did an excellent job overall. He knows how to deal with insurance companies to the benefit of all. Needed a quote this past October, and was referred to these guys by a friend.
They were professional over the phone, and came in that weekend to check out the mold issue I had. Their quote seemed reasonable, and I cared more that I had a great first impression. I mean, how do you go about choosing any sort of contracting work other than shop around for low quotes (which would make the quality of work suspect)?
Job was done last weekend, as I was out of town, and I'm content. They've been in business for a while, and I'll recommend you give them yours.

I hate to give John Abajian a 1-star among all these 5's, but I would not recommend this company at all. John lied to me and showed a lack of moral character.
I hired United for the simple reason that John told me he would be able to arrive on Saturday morning at 8:45 and finish most of the work Saturday.
At 9:15 Saturday morning, John arrived half an hour late (which I could've used to catch up on sleep) to have me sign a contract, but he said his worker would not be able to come until about 12. I was VERY unsettled upon hearing this news. When John left at about 10, I called the

Was selling my house when the home inspector said there was mold in some areas. I called my insurance which was no help, then I looked on Yelp and found United Restorations. They came out quickly gave me a better quote than another company and was able to start right away and finished when promised. House looked as good or better than before they started. I was very pleased with all they did and the ease with dealing with them. Thank you John and Andre for helping us out in a time of need.
