Gel nails look good at first, but don't hold up. They don't provide new, clean nail brushes for each customer, used brushes sit on sink. Good luck trying to get them to honor a gift card. They have a dozen excuses why they can’t honor their own cards.
Update 2020- very few colors, seedy looking, lackluster nails and the manager is rude and manipulative. I gave it another try. I won’t again.

The nail techs are rude one of the women yelled at her client for dropping the acrylic nail samples. They mislabeled their nexgen nail samples so I didn't get the color I asked for. I reluctantly paid for a manicure I hated! They didn't even offer a discount to try to make me happier about this horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone or give them my business ever again!

I feel like I got deceived by the reviews of this place. The nail salon looked very dingy and dirty. There wasn't too many nail polish colors to choose from and the nail tech I got did not have attention to detail and seemed bothered when I asked to fix my nails. There's plenty of other nail salons in the area that are better.

I have my nails done Saturday June 4, when I got home I saw the big disappointment I paid for, it was nail polish on my skin around my toe nails and some toe nails on the sides missing nail polish. Also dead dry cuticles in some toes. I don't know what I paid for, honestly I would have done a better job. I have an appointment for my manicure that a I am going to cancel. Also when they do the pedicures I don't like the idea of not using a disposable bag in the pedicure tub. I didn't see them cleaning the tub after they finished with a customer.
