We are from out of town but in rapid for an event, we called a few places to get a last minute tattoo and started to give up on the idea until we finally found Richard. He was so much fun working with him and we wish we would have found him sooner. We look forward to next year when we can stop in for another tattoo. 10/10 would recommend

Richard Otten and I met in October 2020 for my first tattoo. I was not a "tattoo kind of guy", but had two ideas that meant a lot to me and went to Richard on the recommendation of a friend who also owns a business in Sturgis. Richard did a great job with the tattoos and we became fast friends. I have since returned every month or two for a tattoo and I know that I will get quality ink from a man that I trust when I visit Sturgis and the Cellar. We have decided that I am officially a "tattoo guy" now and, as my bro Richard says "so much skin, so little time"! Love the guy, love the place. Highly

Richard is the best! I got my first tattoo ever today and it couldn’t have gone better! I love it and he made it fun so I had no problem relaxing even though I was a little nervous at first. He was fortunately able to get me and my boyfriend in this morning as we were passing through on our way back to Wisconsin and we will definitely be back for more the next time we get out this direction! Great service, great price, beautiful work and attention to detail!
