Well when we first got here it was great. Then they let anyone live here like crack heads. It's bad now. Rocks in laundry smoking in the bathroom. And when you call the mgt all they do is defend the people
Smoking and abusing their stuff. When they don't care about the grounds then neither should we. Stay away.

My son and his family have a mobile home here. The speed limit coming in is 5mph. The Park seems to be maintained very well. My sons cousin owns the park. Every time I visit, the owner is on the premises and always working. It seems to me, he runs a pretty tight ship around here. There are a few empty mobile homes around and you can tell. The rest of the homes here seem very well kept.

Here right now...and wishing we had stayed at Wal-Mart. The pictures on their web-site is not of this place!! Located at the end of a run-down mobile home park..site was very untidy - though level. Greeted by a 'taco' dog who does not shut up - as it was tied to the tree outside our door. But the worst - is the large ??dump??refuse pile that is burning directly behind us ...OMG the smell...hence not able to open our windows...There has to be better in this area.
