Had a run in with a karen in the store, who was throwing an absolute tantrum. staff was very polite and only tried to de-escalate the situation and get her stuff done and get her out as soon as possible. she said she left a bad review in the store, so leaving a good one to balance that.
regardless of that incident, every time I've come in they're polite, the place is spotless, and they're quick and efficient.

Recently received a bill from Verizon for $1400 for a phone I received back in August that was not the correct device. I promptly returned the device but Verizon stated they never received it. Josh was able to look through their internal records to find the return package I dropped off, I was able to match that up with my location history on my Google Maps down to the minute that I visited US Parcel Mailing store. Josh even faxed the records they had over to me!I :-O I was able to make a solid claim with Verizon showing the drop off times, shipping

Workers were nice but the prices for shipping was outrageous. I shipped some ornaments this year for family, just small flat wooden ones my daughter painted. They charged me over $5 a package to ship each one via the USPS, took one to the local USPS a few days later that was the exact same size and weight and it was under $2. There is no way I will be going back, I understand an up charge as they are a middle man service between you and the shipper but in no way should it be over 2x the actual price to ship it.

I have used US Parcel Mailing both for shipping boxes I packaged as well as to have them pack and ship items. I have been impressed by their always friendly professional service. I would much rather give my business to a locally owned shop than the other national chains.
I've never had any problems here. Some of the bad reviews are really issues with the carrier (UPS, etc) than with US Parcel Mailing.

We have used US Parcel Mailing since they have been in business. They have always handled our requests, even the impossible, in a speedy and most professional way. They know what they are doing and are most helpful when it comes to wrapping and packaging "unshapely" items.
