With information and booking capabilities at your finger tips why would you use a travel consultant? We take care of all aspects of your trip from initial destination planning to flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and trip protection. In addition to the planning we are with you every step of the way.
At Anchor Travel we book amazing journeys of all types and to all corners of the world for our clients. We also offer a few specialty, agency hosted, trips each year. Some of our tours are designed in-house (IE - our Scotland Tours) and others are booked through known and trusted partners yet have an agency host/tour manager traveling along with you.
Prices are land only, per person and based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Limited single rooms are available at an additional cost. If you are traveling solo and would like to be paired with a same gender roommate, let us know and we will try to match you. Air from your home departure airport is available.
We offer customized, private, fishing and sightseeing excursions in the Apostle Islands on Lake Superior. Feel free to explore below to learn more about who we are and what we offer. Our excursions are tailored and custom built to your needs and wants. The safety of our passengers and crew as well as the local community will always be our number one priority.
We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Ireland and Britain with our school-aged children and could not have done it successfully without Tawnya. From the booking of our flights until our return, Tawnya was always there to answer our questions, book our lovely cottage in Ireland, quaint hotel in Warkworth, England and give us tips on how to make our travel easier and our stays economical and fun.

Tawnya is simply the best at what she does! She led our group on the most amazing tour of Scotland. The local experts she has connections with added so much to the trip! If I had planned my own vacation to Scotland I wouldn’t have met these wonderful people who know so much about their local area. That type of experience is just priceless!
