I contacted Kelly Law Firm to do a purchase agreement for a mobile home with property. I knew I was in trouble when Kellen Elliott (the lawyer they assigned me) stated "oh, it's been a while since I've done one of these"....really???? Then why are you here???? Not too encouraging. Needless to say, I had a 30 minute consultation with her which left me more confused then when I got there, got a bill for $250, which was paid immediately, and now Kellen refuses to return my calls. I told the secretary it's common courtesy to return a call and inform me she can't or
