After reading what other patients wrote and speaking with the insurance company I will never go to this doctor . It is said his wait time is 10 minutes . That tells me he runs a patient mill . How can you evaluate a patient in 10 minutes. ? You can’t.
I just read the response from the doctor .The doctors response shows he failed to read my review . I never said I am a patient of his . The response just further backs up my review . The doctor didn’t even take the time to read what I wrote before responding .

I've been a patient of Dr. Kumar for a few years now. I don't understand these negative comments. He's treats me like a friend every time i come in for my appointments. He remembers things I told him from my last appointment to appointments a year ago. My family appreciates him because of the help he gives me. My sister is thankful I've found such a good doctor because she knows the problems with my body I've had and the pain i live with. If your looking for a pain management doctor, I couldn't recommend higher. He'll treat you like family. He understands and sympathizes with those in real need

First experience, not too bad. Although I paid cash instead of using insurance to expedite things, as I was hurting. Did good job with nerve block of lower lumbar. But tried to set another appointment and could never get a return call after 12 tries. Went into office in Simi Valley and informed them. Said they would call. No such luck. I don't get meds from him so I have no idea what their problem is. Continued to leave messages with no luck. I found another doctor and ready for 3rd visit with no issues. I happen to run into another person that used him for years and lately same issues. Don't know

Dr. Devinder Kumar is the worst. I found him to be most unsympathetic and impatient. When I first visited him for management of intense pain, he was cold and indifferent to my suffering, wanting more to hustle in the next patient than deal with my questions and concerns. He runs his office like a mill and seems more interested in quick turn-around for maximum billing.
I suffer from pain due to nerve damage from gunshot wounds sustained a few years ago. On my first visit to Dr. Kumar, he struck me as very terse and ambivalent. He said he would not even consider wounds from several years back. Huh
