Western Massachusetts complete transportation service located in the heart of the Berkshire Mountains. Serving Pittsfield, Lenox, Lee, Great Barrington, and all surrounding Airports. Family-owned and operated, Abbott's was founded in 1965 originally as "Don's Car Service" by our parents Donald & Jacqueline Abbott after our father "Don" suffered a disabling injury.

Jackie, was a full time mom of six children, a music teacher, pianist, church organist and choir director. Both of our parents had hearts for entrepreneurism. So began Abbott's Car Service. In the mid 80's Paul Abbott returned from his schooling at ASU to build the family business to its new level.

Not only is Abbot's Limousine service the most comfortable, clean, and COVID-19 safe way of luxury transport, but it's also run by the kindest people I've met. My rides with Paul have consistently been pleasant, peaceful, and swift! He's a great driver. They show great care for the community, and provide top quality service. Thank you!

I have been a loyal customer, and fan, of Abbott’s for more than 20 years. This wonderful company has safely and expertly driven me and my children thousands of miles over the years. From the moment I call to make a reservation, I am treated with the greatest courtesy and consideration. Abbott’s drivers are always professional: excellent and safe drivers, happy to chat or respectful of the wish for privacy and quiet. This team is fabulous. I reached out to them with a last minute requirement to get from the Logan airport area to 3 hrs away after bad weather and a missed connection. They put together a car, driver, monitored the flight delay times, organized the pickup and got to the Berkshires safe and smooth. Great office team, great drivers, great service.

My wife and I travelled from Los Angeles to the Berkshires in western Massachusetts for Christmas 2017. We had theater and dinner arrangements in New York City on Christmas Eve. Finding a limousine service to take us to New York city from Lenox, MA on December 24 proved to be challenging, but Mary Ellen from Abbott's Limousine was most accommodating. Thanks for the great service !!!!

This is my first time taking take to writing a negative review for services that I have purchased. If ever there is an issue with something businesses work to find a common ground which is clearly good for business. I recently started using Abbotts for business trips and whenever I feel it would be safer to have a driver. I recently booked a night with Abbotts for my daughters dance. found the driver was fantastic! He took great care of my daughter and her friend as they went north to williamstown.
This morning I received a charge for the trip and it was $200 over what I was originally

We were visiting friends in a pretty rural area of Richmond and didn't want them to spend the day getting us to the airport. Based on YELP we gave Abbott's a try. They were very nice to deal with on the phone.The driver arrived early despite detour on Lenox Road, and waited graciously. He chose a pleasant route to the airport in Hartford. Took our credit card number and charged us after the ride. AOK

I always had the same driver. He was very kind and a fabulous driver. They treated us very well, even sending a card when my mother passed away. So they were thoughtful, on time, with a great ride. No complaints.

This service is very unprofessional. They sent me a driver that got lost on the way to Bradley Field in Hartford. Their customer service is the pits. When I called they tried to brush it off and make excuses. I now use other services that are more professional than Abbott's. There is no lack of qualified limo services in the Berkshires. This is one company you would be very smart not to use.

I have not even taken my ride yet with Abbott's but I am looking forward to it. I have never felt so welcomed and appreciated already by such a friendly helpful person on the other end of the phone and e-mail (Becky). I really felt like my business was appreciate and valued -much moreso than some others in the area I had previously contacted.

I called about the possibility of reserving 2 large capacity vehicles 2 months in advance. From the very beginning of the call I felt uncomfortable with the tone of voice, interruptions, sarcasm, and annoyance of the woman I spoke to. My inquiries were standard questions when working on plans, yet she commented, "I don't want to waste my time if you don't know exactly what you want". Abnoxious, rude, and unprofessional. In fact, when I said, "I'm feeling uncomfortable with how you are speaking to me." She hung up on me!! Really bad service.

I don't know what I would have done if Abbott's had not picked me up at the last minute, when the car service I had scheduled never came. They made it possible for me to get home to San Francisco in time to see my husband's hard work for the opening ceremonies for the 75th anniversary of the Golden Gate Bridge!
