Very sad, been buying packing supplies from them for the past 4 years of living in DE.
Told they no longer carry corrugated cardboard products as they no longer can order them. Wonder if this is a too small of order or just a case of small business not wanting to deal with small business. Ordered from zoro got in 4 days and costs were the same. I guess small business will deal with large business from now on.

They simply went above and beyond!
I was ordering an assortment of sizes for a new store, and was worried about ending up with tiny imprint sizes on the larger ones. They were wonderful about addressing my concerns and making sure I would be happy with the final product. The bags arrived on time, and they are beautiful!
