The company we purchased our system from (Sovereign Solar) became unresponsive and apparently has gone out of business. We have had multiple problems with our system this year that needed attention. I discovered Shinnova through research on our manufacturer website. I contacted them and explained my situation. Amie was extremely helpful in dissecting and helping me resolve my issues that could be resolved over the telephone. A quick appointment was also made and Zach came out to research and repair our problem. Zach found the problem quick, had the repair part with him and got our system fully

Our solar production appeared to not be working, so I tried to called the company we went through and come to find out, they went out of business. SO, I was pretty concerned by this and reached out to Solar Edge and they got me in touch with another local business, Shinnova Solar. Since day one, Amie has been so helpful and honest with how things work and what she can do to help us in our situation. The service person, Addison, was also very informative and clear on when and what needed to happy to get things fixed. Plus, not once but twice now they have been able to move my service appointment

I have had the solar panels for a little over 2.5 years now. The end of July 2021 the inverter went bad. I worked with Amie Logan at Shinnova Solar to get the issue resolved. With the pandemic the shipping took longer than anticipated however Amie did a great job not only keeping me informed during the process but taking care of us from a warranty perspective as well. Shinnova 100% backed their warranty. I was very pleased overall with the process.

The guys were great from start to finish. Excellent communication from the office. The project took a bit longer as it was spot in the middle of the pandemic shutdown, but I was kept informed throughout. Financing was easy, and my summer electric bills are great even though I spend much more time at home now.

From start to finish Shinnova Solar was great to deal with. Cole the sales rep was very knowledgeable on the product & design layout.
