This is honestly a horrible service and a nightmare for anyone struggling with mental illness and trying to receive treatment. I have been sent on a wild goose chase just trying to get appointments and pick up prescriptions at the pharmacy. Everything from the doctor just not showing up to our scheduled time, to saying that the prescription was sent to my pharmacy and then later discovering it was sent to the wrong pharmacy or not sent at all. I honestly don’t have the energy to make phone call after phone call trying to get my medication and treatment managed. Mental illness treatment that is

Shannon Eaton is the most unprofessional 'nurse.' She had a resident in the zoom meeting without my consent, told me all medications I use are bad and prescribed poorly because it wasn't her "standard" and had an attitude the entire call. Post call after she believed she was off Zoom, she insulted me to her resident. I planned to record this call and will be contesting the $350 dollar charge.
Edit as of October 7, 2021: I filed a HIPPA complaint that went through and was refunded my $350. If a medical team has to rely on Square, one of the most flawed payment methods... they should shut down shop

I really like my psychiatrist but from an operational perspective this is one of the worst settings I’ve ever encountered and I build mental health systems of care in the Appalachia’s. The only reason I’m staying with them is because WI doesn’t have much access to psychiatry and this is the only option I have for my schedule. Incorrect billing codes being entered, incorrect bills being sent out, not even attempting to bill insurance, missed appointments by my doctor, faulty telehealth systems. Shawn is one of the nicest most caring receptionist I've ever spoken with she made me feel comfortable and at ease when I was talking to hear and she went above and beyond to help me! She was so fantastic I ask to speak with her supervisor to tell her how wonderful she was and the supervisor was also very caring an easy to talk to which was so nice because it is not easy to ask for or talk about mental health and not only did they go above and beyond to help but they made me feel comfortable and supported!! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone hands down!!

Eric Johnson first showed up late to our appointment with no explanation or reasoning. Over 20 minutes late. They had my wrong phone number on file despite it being given in a written email. And the receptionist Chandra had an attitude every. Single. Time. We talked. As if she hated her job and I was personally the reason. She purposely gave me misleading information. Did not send over the forms I needed until a half hour before the appointment and both were uncaring and unfriendly.
