Alex is the definition of service after the sale. He is not selling machines just to get a sale. He is truly dedicated to fit each person with a machine that fits there needs. He is without a doubt the most knowledgeable to work on machines in this area. I have been knowing Alex and dealing with him for many years and I have never been disappointed with his service and the work he performs on my machines.

I drove over an hour to bring my vintage Singer to Alex because of his reputation and it was well worth it! He completely cleaned and serviced it and fixed an issue I was having with the needle postion. His price was very reasonable for the time he spent on it. He even made a new pedal for me, adding a plug that was compatible with my old machine to a new pedal, to replace the original one that wasn't working for me. If you need a machine fixed/serviced, Alex is the guy to do it!!

Today I brought in my Singer sewing machine certain I had messed up the timing. I had not, I was just exhausted, not paying attention, had the bobbin in wrong, and the threading wrong. You figured it out and I learned how exhausted you were from keeping Baton Rouge sewing face masks to get us through this crisis.

This is a one man shop. If you have a high end machine that needs service, you can't ask for a more knowledgeable and careful mechanic. He is also a baby lock retailer. He's very honest about what machines share the same mechanics and gives good information so you can decide if you want to spend money on higher end features you might not need. He gets a lot of cranks walking through the door -- people who buy a $100 machine at walmart expect to get that machine serviced for $10. I've seen a man walk out in anger because the service would cost almost as much as the machine. For the rest of us, Alex
