So a week before we are set to go to Yellowstone, I decided to look around for a new mattress. I searched google and found Bountiful Rest Mattress Co. At first, I thought no way are they going to be able to get a mattress built in less than a week, which was the time we had before we left. However, that is exactly what they did. Now the dilemma was for me to bring down the trailer so it can get measured or take my own measurements. I purchased a $3000 mattress that was manufactured by Bountiful Rest Mattress Company because they claimed to offer a 20-year warranty. Within a few months, my mattress had developed sagging spots. On closer inspection, I realized the warranty stated that the company would only replace the mattress after an indeterminate number of attempts to repair the problem had failed to work. I was able to arrange for the retailer who sold me the mattress to return it to the manufacturer for "repair" - it was returned to me the same day in the same condition. We spent a large chunk of change on a beautiful king size mattress that came with a 20 year warranty. Eleven years in and my husband and I have been sleeping in dips for about 5 years. I finally called and was told to bring it in. I explained that it was 11 years old and I did not have the receipt. I was told that they can tell from the mattress how old and to bring it in. I was also told that they could most likely get it done same day if I brought it in early enough. It is 11 years old. It has stains. Humans have oils on their skin and women sometimes start bleeding in the middle of the night
