I had an ingrown toenail for a few years and was putting off getting it fixed due to the "normal" time it takes to get an appointment. I was shocked when I called on a Wednesday and had was seen two days later on Friday. The staff was great the Doc was great. I will be returning and recommending to my friends and family going forward.

I decided to go see Dr. Sefcik yesterday at the Foot & Ankle clinic on Solano. Best doctor experience I've had in quite some time. They got me in without an appt. Only waited 10 mins. The doctor was excellent, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all my options. I'd recommend Dr. Sefcik to anyone.

Extremely happy and grateful to the team here at Las Cruces Family Foot and Ankle Clinic! They bent over backwards to work me into their schedule when I suffered a foot injury the night before. Alex was excellent and helpful over the phone and even stopped into my room to say hello while I was waiting. The woman at the front desk was very sweet as well and the woman taking my xrays was also so nice.
Dr. Sefcik was very knowledgeable and explained everything going on very clearly. He even walked me over to show me the xrays of my foot so I could see what was going on with my injury. He laid out

Got appointment quickly. Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr arrived early, speaking directly to patients in waiting room, even asking me how the coffee was. Called in early to exam room. Dr. came right in, cared & listened to me. Knew exactly what I needed with plantar fasciitis, when I said Orthotics weren't helping. Dr Doug gave me injection in each heel. Follow up appointment day and time I requested. I left pain free. Best Doctor visit ever. Thank you Dr Doug.

New patient. The best part I went in with a complaint, they didn't try to force me for x-rays and other things that didn't pertain to my request. I am 62 years old and have been to several podiatrist the route United States. I wish I could remain in Las Cruces to use continued service at this location. Doctor SEFCIK bedside manner outstanding!
