My car hadn't been detailed like Hugo's Auto Detailing details in over 6 years. To say the least, it needed a thorough cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the results or their service! They showed up on time and stayed for 6 hours. They cleaned every nook and cranny inside. They polished the outside and I can now see my reflection. My car shines! He even noticed that my front bumper was loose and tightened it. I can't recommend them highly enough! He clearly cares about the service he provides and takes pride in the results of his work. I tried through simple techniques with no luck. I can’t emphasize enough how incredible the cars looks when they were done.

Hugo’s is a top-notch professional mobile detailing outfit. Responded immediately to request for quote, provided simple, three-tier service package options, made appointment quickly, showed up on time (even a little early which was great on a Saturday), worked super hard until complete leaving no part of the vehicle unaddressed. Spotless finish inside and out, excellent service, Mario and his crew were awesome, very professional and efficient. I’ve used Hugo’s a few times, and they have exceeded my expectations each time. Most recently I had them do a 3 step polish & paint correction on a Mercedes Sprinter. Its a 10 year old van and it looked better than new by the time they finished. I would recommend Hugo’s to anybody looking for high quality detailing for an affordable cost! I can not say enough how happy I am with the results!

He did my Honda Accord two hours after detailing a $750,000 2020 Rolls Royce and I sense I got the exact same service as his previous customer. Hugo's did an incredible job on my vehicle. Not only was it as clean as it could possible be, they also buffed out scratches I was worried wouldn't come out. ABSOLUTELY the BEST auto detailer in Santa Barbara. Mario made my car look better than when I bought it (used) from a dealership. Hands down the best results of any auto detailer I've used in 30 years. Professional, timely, and I was shocked how beautiful my car was when they were done. Particularly the head light lenses. No one prior has been able to restore them like new, but he did.

Hugo and his team did a great job on our 27 ft RV. It had tons sap on top and lots of bugs on the grill. They made it look brand new!
They also did a full detail on our Jaguar. These lights were yellow and filled with oxidation! After Hugo and his guys did their magic, we can actually see the bulbs...haha! Can't wait to see how they shine at night. Thanks Hugo. Look forward to getting my truck detailed too!

Hugo's team was excellent in detailing. They removed stains fro,m,y upholstery that I didn't know were removable at this point, and did a thorough and beautiful job. They even showed great detail in cleaning the trunk.
They were a bit late, and there didn't seem to be a clear system for communication, but overall I trusted that they could get the job done and they did.
