Daniel is the owner and he responded quickly when I needed quote online. He sent Phillip out and he was very personable and professional. Phillip was thorough with his cleaning and let me know if the stains were possible to get out before and after the process. We just moved into our house and the last owner had a cat, which I am terribly allergic to.
