Level Five from start to finish, were amazing. Friendly, caring , honest and meticulous. Their proposal was very fairly priced too. We are not the easiest clients, and probably drove them crazy with questions and worrying. Juan and Guadalupe are truly the best, professional and both with great integrity and honesty. The painters were prompt every day, their work was perfect , even the clean up.. spotless. My partner, the worrier, said, after the first day. "What else can we paint? Level Five's estimate was significantly lower that my other bid to paint the exterior of our duplex (2 story). They completed the job (2 painters) in 10 days. Juan made a couple of independent decisions (placement of accent color) which were an improvement of the previous paint job. The prep and minor rot repair were very good. I recommend them to others.

Juan and his crew did a great job on painting my kitchen cabinets! Osvaldo did a superb job , very patient and professional. I was concerned because i went with a dark navy blue for my cabinets but they came out looking great. Couldn't be more pleased so Thank you. I will definitely look you guys up for future painting projects.

It has taken me awhile to write this review. After seeing Juan's crew painting several houses in the neighborhood last fall, and doing excellent work I contacted them for an estimate. His wife told me it may be a few months wait, I said that's ok, it's waited about 14 years. Juan came out and did a thorough inspections, explaining what types of paint and prep work would be used. His bid was very reasonable, and he was able to find a carpenter to redo an area of shingles that were giving it up after 100 years. Work started in February but was slowed down by a series of rainstorms

My review is long overdo. They have painted my house (exterior) last fall and just as others have stated, they did a fantastic job. They were professional, detail oriented, punctual, attentive to my concerns and patiently allowed me to meddle with colors until I got the one I had in mind:-). Juan and Guadalupe were a pleasure to work with, and our tenants are very happy with the new paint. From the estimate to the completion of the job, everything was handled very professionally by them.
They were the last piece of what I thought would be a simple window replacement job, but HOA's and property managers don't know the meaning of simple for any renovation so I was especially grateful for their help in making at least the last part of the project quick, easy, and extremely satisfactory!

Juan saved my mother-in-law! After an incompetent (and unscrupulous) local painting contractor made a terrible mess of her house, Juan and his crew took over and saved the day. Not only did they do an amazing job -cleaning the walls and the deck; repairing lots of water damage; and expertly painting everything- they also charged less than the incompetent schmucks who only half finished the job!

Juan Cerritos of Level 5 painting has recently painted and done repairs to my Berkeley Hills house. My old, 1950's house has been brought into 2017 and I blink with disbelief when I see it. I never thought it could look so good.
