Zack was fabulous to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure my computer was ready the next day for my meeting. He also took the time to answer all of my questions. He is very pleasant and professional. I would absolutely recommend Action Computer!

My first visit. Received a quick and warm greeting. Extremely helpful staff. Nate answered all my questions and provided informed and useful insight and suggestions for a few projects I have going on. We discussed the many services the company offers and a few possibilities for a new PC build I am thinking about. This seems to be a solid operation and once I acquire the component pieces, I decided to have them build it for me.

Sold a mac book pro. They where absolutely wonderful to work with, they went through my mac to make sure all of my information was taken off. And even showed me how to make my information safer. Pluse gave me a very fare deal.
Would definitely go back to them for anything, and would even love to work for them at some point.

This is a great local business. I have used their services, twice, for laptop repair. They are professional and knowledgeable. I was just recently on their website and was really impressed with the array of services they offer. And looking at some of the laptops/PC's they sell/build, I will probably be getting my next, there. Very friendly and they do what they say they will do. I am ashamed to say that I found them, when I moved back from Florida, because the local Best Buy/Geek Squad had recently closed. I should have been looking for Action Computer in the first place. My wife and I have just recently returned to the Lewiston/Auburn area after the better part of 4 years in Cincinnati. That's important because even while we were there, Jim and some of his crew helped through a difficult reinstallation on a machine they'd built.
That machine, built in 2008, traveled with us and has come back with us and continues to amaze me with its speed and hardiness. I've never seen anything like it.
During a period of time spanning from 2005 through 2012, Action's quality work, expertise, professionalism, and service was unfailing.
