We offer repairs to the interior and exterior of chimneys such as: crown repair on chimney top, tuck pointing on missing or loose mortar joints, brick repair or replacement, refractory repairs and firebox repairs. Nationally Certified Chimney Sweeps are up-to-date with fire codes, standards and regulations, providing proven solutions to your chimney problems.
Large twigs, small branches, and small splits of wood anywhere from 1/4" to 1" in thickness will do. This is the most important ingredient for building a good fire and usually the most overlooked. Arrange two small to medium sized pieces of firewood on the grate, and place some crumpled up newspaper for tinder between the logs.
