When it comes to Black Mountain I wish there were more than 5 stars to choose. They are not only the best Pool Service folks in the business, they are the best service providers I have ever had for anything. The owner Kevin just hung up the phone on me. He or one of his employees dismantled my pool filter without my authorization and now it is damaged. He claimed he entered into a "verbal contract" with my wife (which she denies), told me to find somebody else to repair the filter, told me he was going to turn my invoice over to a collection agency, and he hung up the phone.
