I was billed over $1300 and my taxes were never even filed. I was billed hourly rates after multiple meetings in which I was instructed to categorize my expenses, (which I did so modeling after an IRS Schedule C), then telling me it's too much detail, then not enough detail. This was my first year using Palmieri and Associates. I came across her office after a simple google search for tax services near me. I have gone to H&R Block for many years and the price for their services goes up every year. This year I had enough and went elsewhere. JoAnn has an approach that's very sensible, tactful and informative. I've dealt with a wide array of tax professionals and insurance companies over the years, and I find her to have a much more personal approach.
