Services
Originally from Pennsylvania, Lindsay moved to GA from Phoenix, AZ. She was a gymnast for 16 years competing nationally and at the University of Arizona. After receiving her BA in Communications and a Minor in Dance, Lindsay danced professionally in Tucson, AZ, which is where she found Pilates. Lindsay was certified through Romana's Pilates where she completed 700 hours to receive her comprehensive certification.
These sessions utilize the Pilates reformer that uses springs for strength resistance and stretching. Pilates mat work focusing on core strength and flexibility by using your own body weight to create a fun, challenging workout. These classes are a great compliment to Reformer sessions. Our Stretch & Lengthen mat class focuses on stretching and lengthening the body with Pilates principles.
Lindsay Hendrickson has been a Master Instructor with Peak Pilates since 2011. Inspire Pilates Studio is a Peak Pilate Education Center. Inspire holds certification courses right at the studio, the only Pilates Certification center in Warner Robins. Peak Pilates teaches the classical approach to Pilates and is set apart because they not only teach you WHAT to teach, but HOW to teach.
Our health program is unlike other programs you have tried. There are no diets, no depriving yourself of foods, and no obsession over the scale. Instead this program is a chance for you to walk beside a holistic health coach to make small changes over time to make a big difference in your health. We believe in bioindividuality - one person's food is another person's poison.
Lindsay was able to give me simple strategies to become aware of how foods make me feel. She didn't just work on nutrition, but daily patterns. This helped me recognize the triggers to making bad choices and learning to replace those triggers. The biggest tangible changes that I have seen since the start of this program is fewer headaches and less need for pain medicine.

In town for training and found this gem of a studio! This was my first time with Pilates and barre classes and I am now hooked. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the studio is a beautiful place to practice. I hope I am back to Warner Robins for training again soon so I can attend another class with these ladies!! Definitely recommend this studio!

Having lived in major cities my whole life (Houston, Los Angeles, Atlanta, London, Paris, Vancouver, New York) I have had access to best in class studios and instructors. I was terrified moving to Warner Robins I wouldn't find studios with the strong communities or caliber of instruction. The owner Lindsay is the real deal. Her studio would compete well in any major city. She has unmatched experience and can work with anyone at any level. I am 39 weeks pregnant and she has played a major role in my overall mental and physical well being through my pregnancy. I love, love, their booty barre classes

3 years ago I was encouraged by a friend to give Pilates a try, so I went to my very first mat class and found myself hooked! Lindsay is a wonderful and caring instructor who challenges me to be stronger with each lesson. I enjoy both the mat classes and the reformer classes and have had excellent classes with all the instructors. I have enjoyed my pilates journey so much that earlier this year, I became a certified instructor myself. Overall grateful that Lindsay brought her experience and love of pilates to our community!

My #1 fitness studio in Warner Robins! I moved here over a year ago and after trying out different workout facilities I settled on this studio and could not be happier with my decision. I have been taking their booty barre classes for over a year now and definitely see the results...feeling strong and looking more toned. I have also heard many positive comments about their reformer classes and going to try them out very soon. The instructors here are friendly, knowledgeable, and will make you sweat! I definitely recommend this studio.

Lindsey is an amazingly intuitive teacher. She knows just when to push me forward and when to pull back and make adjustments in my practice. I love every minute in her studio (yes, even the tough ones)! The instructors are all upbeat and knowledgeable. Everyone here makes working out a joy. I've been going to Inspire Pilates for a little over a year, taking group classes and reformer classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and have the safety of their clients as a priority when teaching. They change the routines to keep the workouts from becoming boring. I'd never really exercised before, but now go to classes 2-3 times a week because I enjoy the classes so much. I can see a big difference in my strength, as well as muscle tone. I highly recommend this studio!

I am new to Pilates and came here for my first time ever. The instructors are very nice and helpful. They encourage you to do your best and then press a little harder. It's a safe environment--you don't silly or awkward for not knowing what you're doing! I also love that Pilates gives you a good workout without being hard on your knees or back. Will definitely keep doing this!!
