Service Machine Company Inc. is a full service facility. We strive to produce precision parts for a wide spectrum of industries; including Oil and Gas, Wind Energy, Aerospace and Rail Industry to name a few. This is accomplished by using state of the art CNC equipment melded together with Renishaw Inspection capabilities which are installed on three of our machining centers, one of which, also has a 4th axis.
Service Machine can handle a wide range of parts, with our turning capabilities starting with a Mazak QTN 250 MS which can handle " bar through 3" bar fed by our Edge bar pusher into a work envelope which includes a sub spindle and live tooling. The next step up is our Mazak QTN350-II M which has a 4" spindle bore enhanced by an upgraded 15" chuck and a work envelope of 16.5" Dia X 60" which includes live tooling and live center.
We can fabricate a wide range of products to suit your needs. Our highly trained staff can fabricate to your specification using TIG, MIG, and stick welders. Also available is plasma cutting and plate shearing and forming. Service Machine can weld and fabricate virtually any part, assembly, frame or weldment whether it be from machined parts, plasma-punched plates, cut parts or heavy burned plates.
With our 3D capabilities, we can cover all aspects of the design process. From the preliminary design, to prototyping, to the final product, our 3D modeling aids in efficiency, and communication. This shortens our design process, and increases the rate of productivity. With SolidWorks 3D design software, we are able to preview your designs.
