UPDATE: As per the Arkansas State Board of Optometry, we now have the option to resume routine eye wellness exams and yearly medical visits by appointment. Our clinic will do so adhering to protocol advisories from the Arkansas State Health Department, the CDC and other state or local ordinances in effect.

My daughter went in here for her appt. She is covered under our insurance. They made her pay when the cost should have been covered. We called in insurance that confirmed it was covered and gave the phone number for them to call. They REFUSED to call the insurance and was still saying she wasn't covered and "I ain't calling them". Totally lost my husband, myself, and our 4 children as patients!!!! BCBS is sending my daughter a reimbursement check!!!
