So I was making a commercial delivery in a tractor-trailer at this facility. They produce different types of Packaging for all sorts of Industries in the area. At this time I was delivering 6 kids of paper weighing at it over 15,000 pounds all on rolls. The day was a Friday, and the only person that was there was a secretary. Mistakenly I was sent there to make this delivery when it was clear on the bill of lading that deliveries were not to be accepted on Friday. These people at the office were nice enough to call someone that was off for the day, they came in unloaded me in just a few minutes
