We worked with Joe the district manager of the company and he was filled with an abundance of knowledge in terms of the mold remediation process. Because mold affected a large portion of our property and this was something I had not dealt with in the past, I had a lot of questions, of which Joe answered patiently, professionally, and thoroughly.
