Coastal Gymnastics Center is the premiere gymnastics facility in the Low country. We are committed to teaching your children gymnastics in a safe and fun environment. We offer programs for beginner gymnasts all the way to high level competition teams. All of our staff is safety certified and is continually trained on the newest techniques and drills in teaching gymnastics.

Services
Carrie is originally from upstate New York where she grew up doing gymnastics. She started coaching in high school and has never stopped! She received her Bachelor's Degree from SUNY Cortland in 2012 and her Master's from The University of South Carolina in 2015. After graduating from USC she became the head coach at a gym in Savannah, GA.
At Coastal Gymnastics Center we believe that everyone should have a chance to enjoy the sport of gymnastics! Whether it's recreational, competitive or just tumbling we provide a fun and safe environment for kids to learn and succeed! By maintaining strict teacher to student ratios we are able to provide focused training and individual attention to each student.
Coastal Gymnastics Center's recreational gymnastics program is designed to help kids stay healthy and active in a fun and safe environment. Parent & Tot Gymnastics (1 hour)- Parent & Tot gymnastics is a great way to get your little ones active while starting to build coordination and flexibility. This class is designed for children ages 18 Months- 3 years old.
We offer birthday parties for kids ages 3 and up! Come and enjoy an hour of gym time with games, instruction and open play! Afterwards you will have a chance to celebrate with the use of our lobby area. Once a month we do parents night out to give you a break! Drop your kids off for $20/kid or $35/ family (up to 3 kids) and we will provide the entertainment!
The XCEL program is an alternative to traditional JO competition program. It allows athletes the time and flexibility to be involved in other sports and activities. The XCEL program requires less time in the gym and is designed for gymnasts who find the sport a little later on. The JO program requires athletes to make a serious time commitment to the sport of gymnastics.

Provided a safe a very friendly environment for my daughter to have a drop in session while traveling. Looks to be a place that the kids love being together and regularly cheer each other on. Would go here if we lived here!
