When you need quality that is second to none, IGL Recycled Timbers will exceed all of your expectations. Recycled timbers have a unique look due to the "Historical Defects" in them. Nail and Bolt holes, along with there stain marks, season checking and cosmetic damage done in the timbers prior use all add to this distinctive look.
IGL Recycled Timbers has been in the custom door business since 1972. Under the original name for the company, Ketchum Millworks, we built custom doors for the Sun Valley Ski Area's high end vacation homes. When IGL Recycled Timbers was started we decided to continue manufacturing these doors. IGL Recycled Timbers specializes in doors built using recycled woods.
IGL Recycled Timbers specializes in 10 wide Recycled Fir flooring. This flooring is tongue and grooved with a net 10 face. IGL can produce any size flooring on a custom order basis. All stocked flooring is produced with a smooth face or can be ordered with a band sawn texture, circle sawn texture, or "hit and miss" natural patina finish.
Sawn from recycled timbers and machined with a lock miter joint for easy and accurate assembly. IGL's Beam Wraps look and feel like solid timbers without the added weight. Using a "lock miter" joint 1" net material is machined to fit together in a 45 degree joint that will not slip when assembled. Shipped in a knock down state these wraps are easily assembled on site and installed using minimum fasteners.
IGL can cut fit and assemble your timber truss packages and ship directly to the job site. IGL RECYCLED TIMBERS fabricates timber trusses using our recycled timbers. Using either "As Is" natural patina timbers or remanufactured recycled timbers we cut, fit, and assemble, using various mechanical connections, trusses to your to your specifications.
