This is the worst agency. I would give them ZERO STARS Mike never returns phone calls and the excuse is he is out of the office. His coworker Dan is rude and obnoxious. Mike is good to take advantage of the elderly and sell them policies with stuff in it that they don't need He took advantage of my 89 year old father by selling him a very expensive condo policy with stuff in it that he doesn't need BUYER BEWARE

Like a good neighbor, Mike Potter and his staff are truly there. They not only helped me with my auto insurance but also took the time to find me an affordable yet comprehensive life insurance policy. Just when I thought things couldn’t get any better, Mike helped me refinance my SUV to make State Farm my one stop shop (didn’t even know State Farm was a bank!). Highly recommend this office for those who care about being adequately insured with an office that cares about their clients!

My wife and I were in the process of buying a home so we were shopping around for insurance, and Michael at State Farm was really helpful. State Farm offered the best coverage at a competitive rate. Michael was there along the way to answer all of my questions - he was very responsive by always returning my calls or emailing me back in a timely manner. Not only did we choose State Farm for our home insurance, but we also decided to switch our auto insurance to State Farm because, once again, they offered the best coverage at a competitive rate with great customer service.

Mike gave me an excellent quote for my car insurance when I lived in Florida. I recently moved to Hawaii and unfortunately had switch to Hawaii insurance, but Mike took the time to find an agent near me and gave them all my information for an easy transition (I didn’t have to do anything).
I also found out that Mike does auto loans. I refinanced my auto loan with Mike and now save $50 a month! Thank you Mike!

I recently switched from Geico after being with them for 4 years State farm gave me a better rate than them. On top of that I love the fact that I can call anyone and have that at home connection rather than hear a automatic message everytime. He beat my old auto insurance rate and took the time to make sure our family was protected with life insurance as well. He answered lots of questions I had about different auto and life insurance options. I've never had an insurance agent actually take the time to give me so many answers and go over all the options. He was so informative. Normally they can be pushy to just try and get a sale. I really appreciated him going over everything with me. It's my first time to sign up for life insurance and I feel happy with my choice.
