DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you are MILITARY, stay away from this company. I made an appointment online and even called them to schedule a ride. I called again once I landed, and suddenly the dispatcher couldn't reach his drivers. This company flat out left me and a few others stranded at the airport (at night). The manager in charge of dispatch has zero customer service skills. The company is not reliable and terrible at being on time.

Late Night Heroes!!! I thank you so much Santo for your kindness and the quickness with helping me get home after being discharged from the hospital tonight. I think that was the best part of my night after the experience I’ve dealt with from that ridiculous place the have the audacity to call a hospital.

Early Sunday morning of May 23rd I had a friend call me in need of help as he had had a bit too much fun that evening. He had tried to call a cab or Lyft himself and no one answered.

I’m still waiting to be picked up and the gentleman on the phone was absolutely rude to me. I’m trying to pay good money for a ride and for Me to just call and ask how much longer it’s going to be and him to tell tme that they will call. When I tried to explain to him that my phone was dying, his response was “well you better figure out a way to charge it”. Um if I had a charger don’t you think I would have done so already???

Hire better drivers! While driving down the interstate, during a rainstorm, my guy spent more time looking at his phone and updating his personal Facebook than he did watching the road. How could you be okay with that? I know funerals are expensive as well and I'm not trying to pay for a taxi and funeral service in the same day.
