I have to be honest here... the reason I ended up purchasing a side by side from here was because of the excellent service! The staff were all very kind. Good down to earth people. The prices were by far the most competitive as well. It was very obvious that they are there to make an honest living, not rip people off. There was absolutely no sales man vibe with these folks.
We looked all over Winnipeg for a Polaris Ranger 150 for our 10 yr old, and although we found a few from some of the dealerships in the city, the service for the most part was terrible and they had the price jacked up through

An employee working here posted an ad for parting out a quad on Kijiji and when we came to get the clutch we wanted it was cracked and big divets in the faces and rusted. (Very poor shape) more or less unusable after saying it was mint and requesting 300$ for it. We drove all the way out looked at it and compared it to our broken clutch and it was in worse shape. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Randy's got my business simply by being the only store in the area that has a good website. The service however is top notch. We recently purchased a Polaris Ranger and trailer from them and other then the usual delays when you order and have accessories installed, everything was quick and painless.
