Services
USD per hour, billed in 30 minute increments. There is a 1 hour minimum purchase for new customers. This rate applies Monday through Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm Eastern time. Any work performed outside of normal business hours or on holidays will be billed at a higher rate. When you purchase a block of hours, those hours are credited to your account for use during our regularly scheduled times.
Co-Managed IT services are a blended approach to helping you solve problems by offering our expertise to help you better manage your IT department or your IT services company. Unlike a traditional MSP agreement where Synack Technology Services would work directly with the end-users, our Co-Managed IT plans have us reporting directly to you.

We had a Cyber Security breach at our firm (Ransomare). I saw the Synack Technology Service guys on CBS 2 news and I called them after our IT provider at the time had no idea what to do. The owner Shaun came to our office within an hour. Not only did he find the security breach, but patched the security issue and got us back up and running in no time. The best part is we didn't have to pay the hefty ransom the hackers demanded. Big Thanks to the Synack Tech Team! They are our new IT service and Cyber Security provider! A++++

Shaun at synack systems really knows his stuff. Professional and knowledgeable with WordPress, far more than I expected. [If there's a problem with the HTML code you're working with he will find it].
