I dmed Damon on instagram on Thursday and he booked me first thing on the following Sunday! The gun was so quiet that i didn't even know it was on until he started tattooing. he was really patient with where i wanted the tattoo placement, and although he didn't talk much, i was in and out of there with satisfaction. this line work is so neat and i will definitely be coming back for more tattoos!!

Bojin was fast, clean, skilled. She did my adjustments as requested.
Studio-wise, I do think this place isn't first timer welcome. Nobody greeted me at the door, nobody explained aftercare, I was just given paperwork under the assumption that I knew everything. I also was never told an estimate, but not sure if that's my fault or not. It seems odd anyways to do the work and then say the price.
All in all good spot and talented artists, just probably a bit too casual.

This was the single best tattoo experience I’ve ever had! Artist Jimmy did an incredible job creating a beautiful piece for me and 3 of my friends. The entire process was so smooth and the price was excellent and the quality was perfect. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tattoo!

I got my first tattoos here with Jimmy 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with the results. It's even better with what I have expected. One my designs has red ink and until now it's healed and did not fade. I get compliments because how fine it is. I've read some reviews here and there that red ink fades easily but I if you follow your artist instructions you will be ok. I work in Healthcare and it's impossible for me not to shower or wash up. Jimmy is very professional and helpful he gave me a typed out instructions for the aftercare. Actually all the artist here are very nice

I found Si Mai's work on Instagram and saw the style that looked exactly like what I wanted. I contacted him and he was very communicative with me from arranging the appointment time, pricing, and letting me take time on deciding the size of the tattoo when I got to the place. My appointment was pretty late (since I was the last person at the shop), but Si Mai was very patient and still managed to do the best job with mine. I recently got my second one from him-- he's very friendly and professional with his work. I also took my family member and a friend of mine to get their first tattoo

I had wonderful experience with Si Mai when I got my first tattoo. He was so nice when we were discussing my first tattoo design. I brought him a pic that I want to do and he told me some other ideas that will be fit better for the area I wanna do. He was very considering!! Also, he told me the after care very carefully! I loved my first tattoo experience. Highly recommend Simai if u want to find a tattoo artist who cares.

Super flexible with walk-ins! Si-Mai is a great artist especially for fine line tattoos! Literally have 4 tattoos done by him... he's so nice and makes sure you're comfortable! Can't wait to get more done by him!
Also... if you do book an appt. with him make sure you bring a sticker for his sticker collage!!

I had my first tattoo experience with Modo Ink and Aleen did an amazing job, on what was a pretty decently sized piece for my first tattoo. They respond back to emails pretty quickly, and got me in touch with an artist that best suited my concept. Aleen was very accommodating and super talented, I basically saw my tattoo the day of my appointment and it captured the concept I had in my head perfectly! I got my first two tattoos done in LA, and while they were beautifully done, the prices and distance wasn't working for me. I accidentally came across MODO Ink Tattoo on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I chose Jimmy as my tattoo artist since his style matched mine, and I've gotten eight tattoos done by him since! He is super talented and detail-oriented -- he will patiently work with you to make sure that the design and size is to your liking. I am also introverted, so I really appreciate how he doesn't talk to me apart from asking me how I'm doing during the process

I absolutely loved how my tattoo turned out and was very happy with the staff at Modoink. My artist was Hayashi, and he did fantastic shading and fine line work on my tattoo. He was very attentive to my needs, took my suggestions for the design, and was detail-oriented. He was so soft-handed with the actual tattooing that I almost fell asleep during my session.

I highly highly recommend that you ask for him!! He specializes in line work. He is crazy spot on with detail. From shading to precision it's there. My girlfriend went in and got a small tattoo that was O.K. but nothing great. She was overcharged what they said it would cost but I just thought that might be because it was a walk-in so I didn't think much of it. A week later I called and then e-mailed in to schedule an appointment. It took 48 hours to get a response everytime I responded for a week and then when I was ready to make a final appointment I was ghosted for 3 days. I called into the shop and got an apology and they said they would have someone reach out to me that day. 2 days later I got a response trying to push me to another artist

I came as a walk in for my first tattoo and every one of my expectations was exceeded! As soon as I walked in, Jimmy looked at my inspiration image and started sketching. He went through so many drafts with me - making change after change until it was perfect. He was AWESOME for being so patient and kind during this process.
I heard that rib tattoos were supposed to be one of the most painful but I genuinely barely felt anything. Chris tattooed me and they were so gentle and quick. They were meticulous - making sure that everything was perfect. I CANNOT recommend this place enough! So reasonably

I've been wanting to get a tattoo for the longest time but haven't been able too for one reason or another. Ive had my eye on modo ink for a while and finally made an appointment with jimmy. I was nervous but the whole process was quick and the end result was amazing. Jimmy was great about listening to me and making changes to the design. I've already gotten so many compliments on my tattoo. Can't wait for my next one :)

I messaged them back in February because of a dog tattoo I saw here and I instantly fell in love with the art work. I was assigned Jonah Tang, a very polite young man, who worked with me on my two tattoos. I was pretty critical, asking for corrections constantly. But the end product was well worth it. Jonah was very patient when I came back with the criticism. He is very kind. I will definitely be coming back for another in a few months! Thanks again Jonah!

I got my first tattoo here with Mo! It was super easy to set up an appointment through e-mail: I sent reference pictures, described what I wanted, and they sent me the design before the appointment. The shop was clean and had a calm atmosphere. Mo was super patient and went over the details and sizing of the tattoo before going into it. Would recommend!

My sister and I got tattoos from here and they were definitely accommodating to their schedules. I only had to book a week out, but I know they're also accepting walk ins.
We worked with Jonah who was friendly and quick with his work. I appreciated him being flexible with my tattoo.
I also appreciated their bathroom sign!
I only rated it down one star because there was quite a few people inside (they had a few parties of people (6+) getting tattoos or had guests?). It made me a little anxious to have a lot of people inside while we were getting tattooed.
