Great company, terrific, well designed Kenetico equipment. We’ve had Aqua Soft as our water system company since we built our home in a semi rural area of Palm Beach County in 2001. This “city boy” didn’t want any well water issues, so I did a lot of research before choosing a water system company. We have a “ZERO CHLORINE” system. No chlorine works great for us. The non-chlorinated water feels better, smells cleaner, and is even better than city water. On 12/23/22 we had our Water Softener components replaced as warranty was long gone & we didn’t want to wait for a “weekend emergency

I was totally ignorant as to what to do for my well water system . Carolina who works at aqua soft told me to send pictures and she consulted the technician who simply told me I needed a new filter!
